Brian Baldari is a life sciences leader, strategic advisor, executive coach, competitive CrossFit athlete, and nutrition coach based in Ocean County, New Jersey.
He has spent 23 years building one of the most expansive careers in life sciences — working for European multinationals headquartered in Germany and Switzerland, leading global teams across three continents, and operating at the highest levels of healthcare enterprise leadership.
Through all of it, he has never left home.

A GLOBAL CAREER BUILT FROM NEW JERSEY
Brian grew up along the Jersey Shore, attended Ocean County schools, and earned his Doctor of Pharmacy at Rutgers University in New Brunswick. He has lived across multiple towns along the Shore throughout his life and career, never once feeling the pull to relocate despite a professional trajectory that took him to corporate headquarters in Germany and Switzerland, to global teams on three continents, and to leadership roles inside some of the world's most prominent healthcare organizations.
He began his career at Watson Pharmaceuticals in Morristown, New Jersey. He built his commercial leadership foundation at Boehringer Ingelheim in Ridgefield, Connecticut — a commute he made from the Shore. He rose to VP and Senior General Manager at Novartis in East Hanover, New Jersey — one of the state's largest healthcare employers — leading a 250-person organization and earning the Novartis President's Award as a Top 5 US Leader.
Today he leads Resilient Performance Group LLC and ResilExec® Coaching from Brick Township, Ocean County, New Jersey — the same zip code where he has anchored his family and his life.

OCEAN COUNTY ROOTS
Ocean County, New Jersey is not a stop on Brian Baldari's professional journey. It is the beginning and the constant of it. He was raised here. He was educated here through his years in Ocean County schools before going on to Rutgers. He has raised his family here. And every morning he begins the day's work — whether that work is a consulting engagement with a biotech CMO in Boston, a coaching session with a Director at a global healthcare organization, or a CrossFit training session — from Ocean County.
His commitment to the Ocean County community runs through local schools, charitable athletics including the Row for Hope and the Asbury Park Games, and philanthropic support for organizations including the V Foundation and the JAG Fund for brain tumor research.
COMPETING AND COACHING IN HIS OWN BACKYARD
Brian's athletic life is rooted in the same geography as everything else. He has competed at the Asbury Park Games — a CrossFit competition held along the Jersey Shore — where his team earned a second-place finish in 2024. He has competed in the Row for Hope charitable event, where his team took first place. He trains CrossFit and coaches nutrition from Ocean County.
A fourteen-year competitive CrossFit athlete and former CrossFit Level 1 coach, Brian is currently focused on his own health and recovery and training toward qualifying for the Adaptive CrossFit Games in 2027.
When he is not working or training, Brian is on the water with his family, exploring Barnegat Bay and the East Coast aboard their family boat. Annual trips to Annapolis, Block Island, and beyond. Ocean County in every direction.
