Brian Baldari is a Doctor of Pharmacy and MBA who has spent 23 years at the intersection of clinical depth, commercial execution, and enterprise leadership inside the global healthcare industry.
He is the founder and principal of Resilient Performance Group LLC, a life sciences strategic advisory practice, and the founder of ResilExec® Coaching, an executive advancement firm.
He is a competitive CrossFit athlete, a former CrossFit Level 1 coach, and a nutrition coach.
He is a husband, a father, and a lifelong resident of Ocean County, New Jersey.
He has launched 14 brands. He has mentored 50+ leaders across three continents. He has coached clients across four continents.
The work is the same in every domain: deliver health and wellbeing to his global community.

Brian earned his Doctor of Pharmacy at Rutgers University and his MBA in Healthcare from George Washington University. He entered the industry as a Medical Science Liaison at Watson Pharmaceuticals in Morristown, New Jersey, where he built the clinical foundation that would anchor every commercial role that followed.
He built his commercial leadership at Boehringer Ingelheim over twelve years, rising through five consecutive Director-level roles across HCP marketing, peer-to-peer digital strategy, key opinion leader and medical education programs, global pipeline marketing across obesity, cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic therapeutic areas, and managed markets strategy. Beginning a Director role in his early thirties was itself a marker of high performance — but the development that happened across those five roles over seven years was the foundation of everything that followed.
He rose to Executive Director of Marketing for Rare Renal at Novartis, then to Vice President and Senior General Manager leading the rare renal business unit — a 250-person organization responsible for the commercialization of iptacopan for IgA nephropathy, PNH, and C3G. In that role he earned the Novartis President's Award as a Top 5 US Leader for a basket of performance including sales results, people development, leadership, and employee retention. He went on to lead global marketing for Beovu in retina and worldwide new products marketing in cardiometabolics at Novartis before transitioning to Director roles at Allergan in women's health and Otsuka in nephrology and rare disease.
The complete credential record — every role, every award, every therapeutic area — is documented at brianbaldari-nj.com.
ResilExec® Coaching is Brian's executive advancement practice for mid-career leaders in healthcare, life sciences, and enterprise IT. The coaching origin story is not a story of being stuck — it is a story of becoming elite and then compressing the timeline for others to do the same.
Brian spent seven years across five successive Director-level roles learning how to become an elite leader. Starting as a Director in his early thirties was itself a performance marker — but the eighteen months that followed, in which he moved from Director to VP and Senior General Manager, were not accidental. They were the product of a system he built deliberately and now teaches. That system is Promotion Math™ — five variables that determine promotion outcomes: Performance, Visibility, Sponsorship, Narrative, and Timing.
He currently mentors 10 to 15 leaders actively at any given time, with 35 to 40 total mentees across his career. His coaching clients span four continents.

Resilient Performance Group LLC is Brian's life sciences strategic advisory practice, providing fractional general management counsel to biotech and biopharma organizations with Phase 2, Phase 3, and early commercialization pipeline assets.
His work focuses on rare disease commercial strategy, market access, medical affairs alignment, and global launch planning — with a particular edge in therapeutic areas where his prior insider experience creates a deliberate competitive advantage for his clients.
Brian Baldari's life sciences strategic advisory practice and service offering is detailed at brianbaldarihealth.com.
Brian has been a competitive CrossFit athlete for fourteen years. He is a former CrossFit Level 1 coach and an active nutrition coach. He has competed at the Asbury Park Games — a CrossFit competition held along the Jersey Shore — where his team earned a second-place finish in 2024. He has competed in the Row for Hope charitable event, where his team took first place. He is currently focused on his own health and recovery and training toward qualifying for the Adaptive CrossFit Games in 2027.
The same discipline that governs Brian's athletic practice governs every other domain he operates in: diagnosis before prescription, systems over motivation, recovery as infrastructure, coachability as the highest-order skill, and the compound effect of consistent standards maintained over time.
The full athletic record is at brianbaldarifitness.com.

Brian grew up along the Jersey Shore and has lived across multiple towns in Ocean County throughout his life and career. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy at Rutgers University, a few miles from where he grew up, and has never had any desire to relocate despite a professional trajectory that took him to corporate headquarters in Germany and Switzerland and to global teams on three continents. Ocean County is not where Brian is from. It is who he is.
His commitment to the Ocean County community runs through local schools, charitable athletics including the Row for Hope and the Asbury Park Games, and philanthropic support for the V Foundation and the JAG Fund for brain tumor research.
